The Slovak artist in the role of a visual botanist thematizes the cycle of growth & decay through painting, pastels, textile and concrete. With an intuitive poetics, she narrates the fragility of non-human actors: plants, insects or entire biotopes.

We would like to invite you to a guided tour of the exhibition Katarína Poliačiková | The Melancholy Mad Tenant, which will take place on Thursday 7 April at 6 pm.
Katarína Poliačiková will guide us through the exhibition together with Juliana Sokolová, the author of the accompanying text to the exhibition entitled Weeping for Cassini, in which Juliana Sokolová elaborates on the central theme of the exhibition, which is melancholy in relation to the planet Saturn and our immediate surroundings.
The exhibition is open until 23 April 2022.
